March and April.....

oops, not too many photos. It's not that people haven't been creating, just that I have either forgotten my camera or forgotten what I have done with the pics Kim has taken with her I-thing.  And my time at the computer has been taken up with gig lists and the like, and grandchildren etc.

Jane's quilt had to be unpicked owing to shrinking wadding.  Here she is preparing to start quilting again....

Excuse my feet.....the above photos are of quilts being made by Lesley and Libby.  They look so different with different colours.  This is a BOM from one of their other groups and they are doing Quilt as You Go, so when the quilt is finished, it is finished, no layering up and having to quilt it afterwards.  Quite a few people are doing this at the Breakaways now - it saves all the unwieldiness of a large quilt through a small harp.

Jane is making a centre for somebody else's quilt - beach huts, sun, sand....hmmm, I sense a theme here.....
