2014 catch up. All out of order, sadly and some names missing. Let me know my errors.

Linda's beautiful silk quilt - it glows and is quite gorgeous

Chris's beautiful star.  She will teach this in October

This is the pillow part of Steph's quillow (a quilt in a pillowcase, basically)

This is the quilt part of Steph's quillow.  The design is by Jane Andreoli, road tested by the Breakaway Quilters (including Steph), published by British Patchwork and Quilting as a much bigger quilt.

Roosting robin but not sure whose

Raffle prizes on display one evening

Totally back to front series of pics - thanks, Blogger.  Sam's new bed quilt was so huge there was a bit of re-jigging to get the wadding and the backing to fit.  You will have to work backwards

Janet made some dogs....

Lynne made several of these
Sian's hearts finished just in time to go to Essex for Christmas!
Sian's heart quilting
and the back as a whole.

Sian's hearts at Breakaways before Christmas

These 2 are of a quilt which went straight onto our bed as we were getting a little chilly.  Chris also made one which is much more beautifully made but she hasnt decided what to do with it yet. Light is rather washed out because our bed is directly underneath a window

Hopefully I will be better at this in the coming year and as Blogger has changed a bit I am finding it a little difficult to figure some things out..

Anyway, if you got this far, thank you for visiting and if you are not one of us but would like to be, please come along and give us a try - Wednesday evenings 7-9.30 in the Annexe at the top end of the car park at Denmead Community Centre, School Lane, Denmead, Hants.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!
